Returns & Refunds Policy

At Akasha Sun, we take great pride in the care, intention, and artistry behind every piece. Each item is hand-dyed and thoughtfully crafted to the highest quality standards. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

- New, unused, and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or improper care (including failure to follow provided care instructions) are not eligible for return or refund.

United States Orders

Returns & Exchanges

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be new and unused

Shipping

- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- A return shipping label can be provided upon request, with the cost deducted from your refund

Refunds

- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

International Orders

(Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia only)

Returns

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be new, unused, and unworn

Shipping Responsibility

- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping
- The item must be returned safely and with tracking
- All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

If Akasha Sun is billed for any customs charges upon arrival of a return, the package will be refused and returned to the sender.

Refunds

- Approved refunds are issued within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Due to the cost and complexity of international logistics, we are unable to accept returns from countries outside those listed above.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email akashasun@live.com.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will cover all associated shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care products (including beauty or body items)
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
